This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme this year is Kindness.

All over the world, we have seen kindness prevailing in uncertain times.

We have learnt that amid the fear, there is also community, support and hope.

Helping others is good for our own mental health. It can help reduce stress and improve your emotional wellbeing.

Stone Parish Council have put together a list of support services available to help with mental wellbeing. If anyone you know is struggling, there are ways to help.
