The essential business contained on this agenda is required to consider the impact of Covid-19 on council services and ensure sufficient delegation is in place for decisions to be made to enable the Council to operate and fulfil its responsibilities during a period of restricted activity at these uncertain times.

 

Urgent decisions on council projects are required to enable council staff to continue to progress work during the period where employees are required to work from home and when the Council are unable to meet to prevent unwelcome delays.
